What you’ll do:
- Content Creation & Launches: Assist in the planning and execution of new product feature releases, creating training materials such as guides, videos, and other resources.
- Customer Insights & Engagement: Conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with teams on customer onboarding and retention strategies.
- Marketing Support: Help develop compelling customer success stories and testimonials that illustrate the value of our product.
Who you are:
- Internship should be part of your coursework.
- Fluent in English communication skills (other European languages are a plus)
- Strong interest in SaaS products and customer success
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn about SaaS product management and customer success
- Confident communicating with customers, both in writing and in meetings
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks
- Quick learner with a proactive approach; able to take initiative and ownership
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite.
Bonus skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in retail or customer service.
Internship details:
- Location: Stockholm, with one to two days per week available for home office
- Duration: 3 to 6 months, with start date as soon as possible
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates looking for real-world experience
