Your Role
As our B2B SaaS Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth and owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You’ll work directly with the co-founder & CEO and play a key role in shaping the future of our commercial success.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build and convert a strong pipeline through outbound sales, partnerships, and networking
- Develop tailored proposals that address each client’s needs and technical environment
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in our CRM
- Work closely with product and customer success to ensure smooth technical integrations and long-term client satisfaction
- Contribute to continuously improving our sales methodology and processes
What We’re Looking For
We are a lean, high-performing team. We move fast, expect a lot, and give a lot back. You should be comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and thriving in a small but ambitious company.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role, including at least 2 years in the e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce tech stack: platforms (Shopify, Centra), TMS, WMS, and leading SaaS tools (Gorgias, Klaviyo)
- Experience selling SaaS requiring technical integrations into a client’s ecosystem
- Proven ability to work independently, self-driven and proactive, with the enthusiasm to work independently and take ownership, while the CEO will leave for a six-month maternity leave during Q1
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (other languages a plus)

- Location: Stockholm, with flexible hybrid work options
- Position: Full-time, permanent
- Start date: As soon as possible and no later than December 2025
- Reports to: Co-founder & CEO
